IN-STOCK ITEMS
Items available in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. This is the time needed to prepare and send your order; delivery time is additional.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Most of our products are made to order and are not available for immediate dispatch. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for production before your order is shipped. Shipping and delivery time is additional and depends on the destination.

Your order will therefore not arrive within 1–3 business days unless the items are in stock. If your items become available earlier, we will dispatch them as soon as possible.

DELIVERY UPDATES
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary. If you need your items by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether your deadline can be met.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
Production times are estimated and may vary depending on the product, order volume and design details.

Once your order has been completed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the relevant delivery and tracking information. Complete and accurate orders received during non-business hours will be dated for the next day.

Detailed embellishments may require additional production time. Custom designs will require additional time due to the complexity of the custom design process.

If payment for the balance of your order is not received at least seven days prior to your planned ship date your order will be delayed.

Estimated production times do not include delivery time to your location. Please allow additional time for delivery.
